How to reach Taomi village

Taomi village and Paper Dome is easily accessible by car or motorbike (free parking). It is situated 5 km from Puli, Nantou county on the way to Sun Moon Lake, the 21^st highway. Look for Taomi farm (桃米) and Paper Dome (紙教堂) signs. Here you can see a google map of the place:

If you travel around Taiwan by public transport reaching Taomi village can be a little bit more complicated as there is no direct bus. You have to take a bus number 6670, 6668 or 6667 from Puli bus station. These buses go to Sun Moon Lake or somewhere around it so you have to ask a driver to stop at Taomi (桃米). It takes around 10-15 minutes from Puli bus station to Taomi village. You will have to walk for 5 minutes from highway to Paper Dome. Buses operate from 5:50 to around 21:00 every 20 minutes in the morning and every hour in the rest of the day. Check timetable here (in Chinese).
